What would your role involve?

All aspects of teaching ECE ~ Te Whariki ~ within Licensing Criteria. We want you to be a part of the team. Your role will include relationship building with whanau and tamariki, active involvement in the day to day rituals of the day, individual and group planning and assessment of tamariki and attendance at staff meetings, setting up provocations and tidy up at the end of the day. For this you will be rewarded with pay parity remuneration, ample non-contact time, time in lieu for extra hours such as staff meetings, paid PLD opportunities, flexible leave arrangements, and the opportunity to engage in ongoing studies if you wish.

We would like to know that you are passionate about your career in Early Childhood, are a team player with excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of programme planning and ECE pedagogy, understand ECE regulations and curriculum and have a sense of humour.
